Terms and Conditions

The minimum of nights to be booked at Four Seasons Spa Holiday Resort: 2.

You may book your holiday at Four Seasons Spa Holiday Resort via the following alternatives:

- Through the online booking system on the website of Four Seasons Spa Holiday Resort (www.termaludulo.hu). To be able to book online, you will have to sign up at the homepage with the following data: full name, address, e-mail, phone number. 30 % of the total price of the accommodation has to be paid by bank card or via bank transfer as advance money, if you book online. The remainder shall be paid in cash or by bank card at the Four Seasons Spa Holiday Resort.

- Through the e-mail or fax given on the website of Four Seasons Spa Holiday Resort. In this case 30 % of the total price of the accommodation has to be paid via bank transfer as advance money. The booking shall be regarded as completed on the day when the sum is credited on the bank account of Four Seasons Spa Holiday Resort. The remainder shall be paid in cash or by bank card at the Four Seasons Spa Holiday Resort.

Breakfast, half-board and full-board catering shall be requested on the day of arrival at the latest.

Check-in until 6.00 pm. On arrival please call +36 70 313 7422. Check-out until 12.00.

All prices displayed on the website of Four Seasons Spa Holiday Resort include taxes, except visitor’s tax amounting to 300 HUF/day for adults (over the age of 18).
Children’s discounts: free of charge until the age of 4 together with parents in the same room. 50 % discount from package prices until the age of 10.

Cancellation:

You may notify Four Seasons Spa Holiday Resort until the day of arrival at the latest that you wish to make use of your booked accommodation or service at a later date, then it can be made use of it at a previously arranged date within half a year from the date of the original arrival.

If you do not arrive on the arrival date as planned, or do not cancel your reservation, the advance money – 30 % of the full price of the booked accommodation or service – will not be paid back to you. The amount paid over the advance money will be paid back to you within 10 working days following the day of the planned arrival at the latest.

After completing the booking you will receive a confirmation to the provided e-mail address including all information on your booing as well as conditions of cancellation.

With the completion of a booking through either way of the foregoing you acknowledge and accept the present terms and conditions, and consent to that your personal data provided during the booking procedure are used and managed by Four Seasons Spa Holiday Resort for the processing and fulfilment of your booking.

Data provided to Four Seasons Spa Holiday Resort during the completion of a booking through either way as described in the Terms and Conditions and/or during the signing up to our newsletter will only be used and managed for the purposes of processing and fulfilling bookings and sending newsletters. In the course of this Four Seasons Spa Holiday Resort will under no circumstances make the personal data come to its knowledge available to third persons without the consent the provider, except for cases of legislative obligation and/or official procedure.
